As of March 20th, 2019, Disney owns 20th Century Fox Film and Television studios, the FX stable of networks, National Geographic, and the Fox-related cable and international TV businesses, like India’s Star India. In addition, Disney is now the majority owner of HULU. HULU will remain as it is as they focus on DISNEY+ streaming service.
Disney+ is Disney personal service not out currently but will feature Disney movies and tv shows with their newest library of 20th-century FOX tv and movies.
R-rated movies like Deadpool “will continue,” Iger said but noted they had to be kept separate. What else will change with the merger of Fox and Disney?
