If you’ve walked through EPCOT’s World Discovery recently, you may have missed a sleek, futuristic space tucked away from the usual crowds—GEO-82. Named in honor of EPCOT’s debut year, 1982, this modern lounge is a subtle tribute to the park’s legacy of innovation, exploration, and forward thinking.

GEO-82 isn’t your typical theme park rest stop. With clean lines, cool lighting, and a minimal, modern design, it feels more like stepping into a concept lounge of the future. It’s a quiet escape from the Florida heat and park hustle, a place where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a refreshing drink or snack in a space that feels very “EPCOT.”

We recently had the chance to check out the GEO-82 Lounge, and we were pleasantly surprised by what we found. From the peaceful atmosphere to the thoughtful details, this tucked-away location turned into one of our favorite parts of the day.
