All aboard!
We have gotten a sneak peek at the locomotive ride vehicles for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, at the Expo, we got to take a closer look at the ride vehicles and the fabulous train conductor Cast Member costumes:
Each train car will feature two rows of bench seating with pull-down lap bars. At the front, a large train conductor car will lead the way along the trackless ride.
The name of the ride’s railroad has also been revealed as the “Runnamuck Railroad”.
The locomotive will glow in the dark depending on the lighting in the ride.
Here are the Cast Member costumes, with a conductor costume and a host costume.
I love that the red host costume features elements of the original Chinese Theatre with its satin fabric and gold piping.
An adorable conductor cap will top the look off for this fabulous attraction.
The targeted opening date for this attraction is set for February 2020 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Just in time for the spring break crowds!!
