To qualify for this discount, you must check in on a valid date in the given range. If you want to begin your stay before 9/1/19, you can probably split your stay into two parts and get this offer for the second section that comes after 9/1/19. You can get a different offer for the first section, if one covers those dates.

Free Dining Package Offer
Get a FREE Disney Dining Plan when you book a minimum 4-night stay at select official Walt Disney World resorts, plus a minimum 4-day Park Hopper ticket. Check-in must be on a date in the range 9/1/19 – 9/18/19, 11/17/19 – 11/27/19 or 12/8/19 – 12/23/19.
You get the FREE dining plan for your entire stay (up to 14 days) as long as your check-in day falls within one of the valid periods. If you want to check in before the plan starts but your trip extends into a valid period at least 4 nights, you may be able to split your stay into two bookings and get this offer for the later part of your stay. You can get a different offer for the first part, if that first part qualifies for a different offer. If the two bookings are in the same resort and room type, you can usually link the bookings so you’ll stay in the same room, but keep in mind that the FREE dining plan won’t start until the second section, and you might end up having to buy two separate tickets to cover the two sections, which could wipe out much of the savings.
If your stay is in Deluxe or Deluxe Villa resort, you get a FREE standard Disney Dining Plan. If your stay is in a Moderate or Value resort, you get a FREE Quick Service Dining Plan. You can upgrade to a higher-level plan, including the Deluxe Dining Plan, by paying the difference in price between the higher-level plan and the plan that is included. There is no discount on the upgrade cost.

While it’s always great to get something FREE, keep in mind that this package requires purchasing the room and tickets at full price. Depending on your party size, mix of adults and children and food preferences, you may end up being financially better off getting a percent-off room discount.
