Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie (non-alcoholic) with Souvenir cup – $4.50

We personally enjoyed this smoothie, it was very refreshing. One thing that threw it off a little was the chunks of coconut with in the smoothie. We loved the Souvenir cup it also comes in, this was a great collectable from the Festival.

The Artist’s Table- The American Adventure Pavilion

Beer Flight– $9.50

This Beer Flight included Saugatuck Brewing Co. Neapolitan Milk Stout, Douglas, MI, Lexington Brewing Company Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale, Lexington, KY and Lindemans Framboise Lambic, Belgium. We enjoyed all of the beers in this flight. Our top favorite was Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale.

This Symphony in Chocolate Flight included, Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream Liqueur with White Sipping Chocolate, Mozart White Chocolate Cream Strawberry Liqueur with Milk Sipping Chocolate and Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur with Dark Sipping Chocolate. This Flight was amazing! We absolutely loved the Strawberry and Chocolate sipping. Tip, over time the chocolate thickens up over time and taste amazing.

The Deconstructed Dish- Showcase Plaza near Starbucks.

Deconstructed Reuben- $6.75
Rye Popover, Corned Beef, Gruyere Panna Cotta, and Brined Brussels sprouts with Broken Thousand Island Dressing

This was very delicious. The Corned Beef was well cooked and very tendered. We Love the uniqueness of this dish and the creative aspect brought to the dish.

Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake- $6.25
Whipped New York- Style Cheese cake with Fresh Florida Strawberries and Sugar Cookies

We are already a huge fan of cheesecake as it is, so it comes to no surprise that dish was a favorite of ours. The strawberries had a nice sweet glaze to them which added more flavors to the dish.

Festival Favorites- The World Showplace Events Pavailion

Remy’s Ratatouille with Eggplant, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Tomatoes and Red Pepper Piperade (Plant-based Item) – $5.00, Blue Sky Black Cherry Boba Freeze (non-alcoholic) – $4.50

Everything you hear about the Ratatouille dish is absolutely true. This dish was absolutely amazing!! We loved the Red Pepper Piperade included in this dish. Each time we tried this dish it was just as good as the last.

The Blue Sky Black Cherry Boba Freeze was a great drink for anytime of day. This drink was a very unique flavor with the Boba on top. It was slightly difficult to drink at first with all the Boba on top. We did get this drink again and the boba was missed in with the freeze.

Neapolitan Beer Flight – $9.50

This Neapolitan flight had 3 Daughters Brewing Strawberry Blonde Nitro, St. Petersburg, FL, Breckenridge Brewery Nitro Vanilla Porter, Breckenridge, CO and M.I.A. Beer Company Milk Stout Nitro, Doral, FL. This Flight did include a Stout which we personally did not like but did enjoy the other two nitros in this flight.

Lemon Blood-Orange Tart – $6.50 and 3 Daughters Brewing Strawberry Blonde Nitro, St. Petersburg, FL – 6 oz. $4.50

This dessert was a very unique flavorful tart. The colors add vibrance to the dish It paired well with the Strawberry Blonde Nitro as well with this dessert.

Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate-Chip Cookie – $5.50 (This is available in multiple locations)

Just like every cookie at all the festival they all have a creative aspect to it. This cookie was very dry in spots, but the icing was very fun. The icing is very spreadable to paint your very own masterpiece on your cookie.
